the ingredients! it's a no-bake class, so the macaroon shells are ready made for us. kinda duh given that it is the shells that are the most difficult to make.

the macaroon fillings is unusual in the sense it is chocolate and not the usual oreo cream ish thingy that we see in the macaroons selling outside. no idea why.
instructor warms up the whipping cream for the whole class of about 15 pax. pour into the mixing bowl with the chocolate bits already inside, mix well.
while cooling the ganache, we decorated the macaroon shells with food spray and pen! those are mine! yes that is a Chanel logo that i drew, obviously not a gifted artist. wahahahaha.
