actually very easy to do, the black portion doesnt even have to be very defined and straight since it will be "blurred" out by the blings. hehe~
using cheapo Face Shop black nail polish from Korean, think about SGD1+ nia. and Essie blings from the makeshift stall at Raffles Exchange, think $10? forgot how much.
