how to do ombre nails:
Step 1: Choose colours you want to om.
Step 2: Apply chosen colours in stripes on old Sec 3 literature homework (cant believe i still have them in my stack of paper to be reused!).
Step 3: Sponge over the colour stripes. Actually can also stripe on the sponge itself.
mZ asked me to show her a photo of how much i usually spilt over. this is how!! mega spill lols.
tadah! cleaned up the spillovers nicely though.
my sponge is too frigging porous and i didnt try to blend the colours so the ombre turned out batik and frigging ugly haiz.
i used gelish base and top, normal nail polish to om. gelish cant om, i think. took 4hours in total, too much waiting time required for such sandwich cuz need to wait for normal to dryyyyyyy completelyyyyyy. but gelish is soooooo expensiveeeeee o_O
this is how a good ombre should look like! shall use a less porous sponge and blend the colours next timeeeeeeee~~
