first things first, qian's 2009 resolutions!

1) keep my tummy flat (e formidable food poisoning helped flatten it tremendously)

2) keep my anxiety level low (ie. find a less stressful job or consume more anti-depressants)

3) maintain a strong back (as in spinal cord n all surrounding muscles)

4) accumulate more wealth (i wanna be rich!)

5) be happy! HEE~

ryan bot a new fancy get-together gadget: it's called a raclette. u'r supposed to grill ur food on e hot plate on top like teppanyaki.

n below e hot plate, u melt raclette cheese n top e melted cheese on watever food u want. it's super fancy n angmoh-ish, quite a refreshing idea.

half day on xmas eve, full day off on boxing day! PwC is great!~ LOL~

e wk b4 xmas, e sistas visited lulu's brand new love nest n had an early xmas celebration. we ordered sakae sushi set n drank bing cherry sweet wine tat i bot from a farm in California.

we din like e sweet wine v much, cuz it has a tanning (zim taught me tis word, haha) taste, like red wine. oh well~

thx Mr and Mrs Lim, for hosting us. u've got a lovely home. =)

xmas eve was spent shopping with ting n mrong, who went to watch Twilight w/o me! hmmph~ i realli dont mind watching it again in e theatre~~~~

tis is e closest we've got to a xmas tree in orchard. haha. but it's pretty wat, nonetheless.

lunch was at Whisk, new restaurant in Wisma. me n ting's prawn aglio olio was so-so, same goes for mrong's fish n chips.

oh, oh! me n rong went Kinokuniya to buy e Twilight book! my a1 lent me her Kino card, so i got Twilight + New Moon at only $29! muahahaha~

Twilight was fantastic! i cant rem e last time i gulped a book tat fast (4 days for 500pg book is world record for me)! I LOVE EDWARD CULLEN!! cant wait to start on New Moon!

then me n ting met zen n baby for mj at my house, i won $40! hoho~ came across The Icing Room at e new JP, it peddles a very cool activity!

cake decorating, DIY! throngs of kids n young girls were diligently decorating their cakes there, damn cool.

spent xmas day walking e MacRitchie trail, sibeh exhausting. boxing day was family day. sorry no photos, not much of a shutterbug recently. hehe~

tis is my 2nd consecutive boy (more like VAMPIRE) crush! wahahaha~

anyways, e Twilight posters were plastered all over west america when i was there. n pictures of Robert Pattinson appeared in newspapers n magazines veri often as well.

at tat time, i was thinking "tis guy doesnt look cute, wats e craze abt??".

but after watching Twilight in a Sg theatre yester, i realised that Edward Cullen IS cute! muahahaha~ even my MUM finds him shuai lorz.

bad boy face, cute smile, hunky build, fiercely protective of his gf, n have i mentioned tat he's a VAMPIRE! i have a thing for vampires, huge fan of vampire shows (e angmoh kind).

tink his hair is a tad too long tho, wld be perfect if it's an inch shorter? n horz, his wardrobe v limited lehz, like always wearing e same things.

when NW02 landed at Los Angeles Airport at 8am 27 Nov, i took 1 whole hr to simply clear customs.

on e other hand, once NW19 landed at Changi Airport 1am tis early morning, i cleared customs, visited duty-free, n still managed to reach Boon Lay at 210am. woohoo~

anyways, im home! miss u guys! but i miss USA more!! sigh~
