it was the most memorable night of my life man. no, it was e most memorable night of me n ryan's life. haha~

we met up at rouge on wed nite.. ryan was late, so he had to treat us to drinks. miao suggested vodka redbull, which kinda suck. i alwayz felt tat redbull was a potent drink. there was once when i had 2 accting papers in a day, so i resorted to redbull to keep myself awake. it did kept me awake for the 2 papers, but after tat it drained me of energy for the rest of e nite man.

anywayz.. after awhile we decided to go down to acid bar to chill out. we ordered a heineken each at 1st, but after tat ryan felt tat there wasnt enough drinks n decided to order boston beach party, extra power. as i was feeling some effects of vodka redbull+heineken already, so i din drink any of the boston beach. i was realli glad for tat man. cuz apparently vodka redbull + heineken + boston beach party = potent effects

after tat we headed for havelock road for prata and mee soto. by then fl was tipsy n miao was 'high' already. i've nv seen fl tat tipsy b4, but miao i've seen much lahz. fl was v farnie when she was tipsy. she asked ryan farnie qns like 'how many times have u had sex', 'do u DIY'... then ryan got pissed off n asked her qns back.. 'how intimate were u with ur bf', 'have u watched porn b4'.. but she was so smart u noe, even when drunk. she nv ans any of those qns lehz.. miss wong u'r so so smart. haha~

after tat it's time to head home. i got fl a plastic bag juz in case she needa puke while on e cab. i oso asked miao if she need a plastic bag but she said she puked n felt better already, wun puke anymore. so no plastic for miao.

then e unfortunate ryan n me shared a cab back with miao. all e while miao was chatting with ryan n she was all fine. but juz when the cab was abt to turn into her blk, she turned all silent. then all of a sudden.........

she puked. like the merlion in esplanade.

1st round of puke - we were not in time to get her a plastic bag
2nd round of puke - she filled e plastic bag we got frm e cab uncle by half
3rd round of puke - e plastic bag was dripping with puke

yes i noe, eeww~ haha~

my jeans n shoes kena abit of her puke, but e cab was e worst hit man. e back passenger seat was half stained by half digested mee soto + teh tarik... haha~

e most fortunate thing tat happened to me on tat nite was tat e cab uncle was vvv nice n din yell at us for all tat puke. thank you uncle gary tan!! but i forgot wat brand of cab tat was already.. oops.. hehe~

after e merlion puked, she alighted.. leaving me n ryan to deal with e cab uncle for e rest of the journey back to NTU. wah sey, me n ryan realli felt as if we went thru some huge ordeal man. not fun at all. haha~

well, so there u go. the merlion was borned in a spore cab. LOL~

e most impt person in NTU ARC...

e range was scheduled to be opened at 7pm today, for training. so i conveniently asked my treasurer, VP n t&d officer to meet me in e range to discuss some things.

but at 630, my treasurer, who's supposed to be on duty today, called me n said tat campus security din received e proper authorization to open range. due to rigid policy reasons they refused to do us a favour n open e range w/o proper authorization.

so in e end e few of us had to call up tons of ppl immediately to inform em of e sudden cancellation of range opening... e subcommers who are on duty, shooters who are coming down to train, coach who's coming down to... well, coach..

my honorary general was supposed to do all e proper authorization procedures.

so therfore i conclude tat the honorary general is the most impt person in NTU ARC.. at least when it comes to range openings.. n as e 2nd impt person in NTU ARC i failed to properly monitor tat e most impt person in NTU ARC does all e auth procedures properly. hehz~

these 2 days were hectic man.. hehe~

thurs ykai had to book the 10am slot for e HomeTeamNS badminton court n make me wake up at 9am... yesyes, qian does exercise, like once in a blue moon. n im still getting muscle aches now... hehz~ but it was fun, jio me for badminton again nx time! hehe~

after badminton i went to e usual karaoke session with my old mahjong kakis yester, had quite alotta fun!

there's alwayz a few songs tat we'll alwayz sing, cuz there's shuaiges inside! hehe~

tat was e 1st nbs bash i've been to sia, after 2.5yrs in nbs.. it was quite fun lahz, saw calvinnnn, chinyang n tky there.. together all of of em contributed to my 'so bashes are not tat boring afterall' conclusion. =)

im impressed by all their efficiency man.. i've juz completed all interviews on tues, but i've got all offers by 8pm on wed already.

at 1st i tot i wun get selected by pwc, cuz i got interviewed by pwc on e same day as ting~ but ting already got their offer yester.. n oso cuz my pwc interviewer seems abit tired n not v interested in wat i hafta say.. but.. e pwc HR lady called me at 8pm juz now n completed my 100% hit! muahahaha~

but even tho im overjoyed tat all four of em want me, im faced with a huge decision now lorz..




this firm is definitely out of my choice.. it's a great company, but its steep learning curve is not suitable for me. i cant take it de.. haha~





i heard that tis firm has a great leader, but it also has a relatively steep learning curve.. n it has a special GFS team, which probably means e other auditor team members wun get to audit financial institutes..




ppl say tis is the best company among the four, prestigious n sophisticated. n everybody gets a fair chance of auditing financial institutes. but learning is slightly slower..




this is e people's company, their 'family feel' is veri appealing to me. but they have a special GFS team also..

as im writing tis im veri cautious abt wat i say, for fear of lawsuits.. after e few teenagers were sued for racism in their blogs u see... n also, i wun wan my future boss to sue me eh... tats like one realli bad thing abt blogging.. mayb i shd keep a reaL diary instead. haha~

one interesting thing... e big four say they are looking for ppl who fit their firm's culture.. so i guess e four of em have diverse cultures.. so if they offer me contract, it means tat they tink i fit into their culture rite? but how can a person be suitable for 4 diverse cultures?? i have split (4)personalities?? haha~

i have a long-time fren who's quite silly..

she'll alwayz secretly hope tat some specific event wld occur.. but when it realli did occur (at least at tat time she tot it did)... she'll freak out. n tis happens all e time.

but on hindsight, she realised tat e specific event din actually occur, it was purely her own misintepretation. baH~

trip to the airport!

this wed morning i went changi airport with my parents to see my ah ma off to thailand. she's going there for a holiday, n for the 1st time in her life she's taking the airplane.

my mum seems realli worried abt ah ma going overseas man, kept asking if she's brought all the stuffs that she needs. n periodically she'll mumble to herself things like 'ah ma's plane took off le', 'ah ma reached thailand le', 'ah ma must be having dinner in thailand now'... buey tahan. haha~

this is my god-mum. she took care of me when i was a kid. used to call her xiao xiao mummy (small small mummy, not crazy mummy). she's oso going thailand with my ah ma. when she was young she had suitors queueing all the way frm her old hse in bukit timah to changi, as she alwayz say. haha~

my cousins, god-mum's kids. grew up with them, n i alwayz kena hoot by my ah ma cuz of them. now all grow up le, seldom keep in contact with each other. tat's life huh. Klvin looks v kiam pa here. haha~

some ppl say Klvin don look like he's younger than me, muahahaha~

my pretty auntie! look more like my sister horz? can believe she already has 3 kids?? i've alwayz suspect that my mum's jealous of her own younger sister. haha~

my auntie dotes on me alot, alwayz buys me things. my current 7620 was a gift frm her. n she alwayz gives me alot of vouchers. envious eh?? hehe~

she oso took me to thailand abt 2yrs ago, had so much fun there with her. it's alwayz shopping shopping n shopping. n she'll pay for some of the stuffs tat i bought! she can realli walk lahz, can shop frm 8am to 12am n still not tired man.

n for the finale.......

my ah ma! n ah gong! aka the emperor n empress of the family. my ah ma dotes on me alot too, i dare say im her favourite grandkid! muahahaha~

even tho she can be quite mean to me when i was a kid, no doubt she dotes on me alot lahz. n i alwayz visit her whenever im free.

with regards to my gong..... i used dislike him, cuz he's authoritative, unreasonable, mean, etc etc. but now as he gets older, he kinda changed his ways for the better le. n my ah ma alwayz tells me not to forgive him.

it was quite a nice trip to the airport, tho it required me to wake up at 730am in e morning. but it's nice to see all my favourite relatives n to feel the bond in the family eh..

dear mum: ah ma will be back this sun, don worry so much abt her lahz. bet she's having fun there eh.. hehe~
