hny 2008 !!~

eve eve of new yr's eve @ ECP

met up bright n early at 8am on 29 dec n went ECP for some cycling action. old man suggested we explore e ECP-Changi park connector.

rented a cheap bicycle ($3/hr oni) after having bfast at macs!

e ECP part of e journey was crowded, as usual. but further down into changi, much less crowd, much more tranquil.

look like some angmoh ctry horz? can see e mini me in e photo? hehe~

one part of e park connector is along e changi airport runway, can see airplanes take off n land. quite cool.

e journey took 6hrs to/fro. rained abit, scorching sun abit, overcast abit, but mostly sheltered by trees. nearly died towards e last half hr, butt-ache man. -_-

n stupid old man made me fall, heng no bruises/abrasions else i'll slap him ahz. hehz~

then at e changi beach park, e planes were flying so low, it's like u can touch em lorz. super cool~

stopped at changi mkt n bot e famous nasi lemak as lunch. veri yummy, n veri fattening. machiam wasted my whole cycling exercise. haha~

ended our expedition at 3pm lorz, so damn fatigued by e time i reached home. but still, it was an awfully fun experience! hehe~

new yr's eve @ sentosa !

had lunch at superdog vivocity, finally tried it out after such a long time. it's pretty gd, better than i expected.

decided to watch chipmunks cuz i found a complimentary pass on 30 dec n e pass expires on 31 dec. duhz~

OMG theodore is soooooo cute!~ dumb n fat, but awfully adorable! heart!

took e $3 monorail to sentosa, then transferred to sentosa's free internal shuttle bus (seriously i dont favour e idea of buses on e tiny sentosa island).

dolphin lagoon!

there's 30% off admissions for e sch hols period, promo ends 1 jan mahz. gosh, im true blue accts grad. LoL~

snacking while waiting for e dolphin show to start. e old man's skills at taking candid shots improved man. haha~

there's nth else other than dolphin shows in dolphin lagoon. my advice is to watch e 530 show, otherwise e weather wld be too uncomfortably hot.

e pink dolphins are sooo lovable n smart!

i wonder how they trained e dolphins man, perfect execution of stunts.

they hula e hoops, juggle e plastic balls, perform huge dolphy leaps, etc. super intelligent darlings.

pink dolphins are not borned pink, they get pinker as they grow older. isnt it a dilemma, u get prettily pinker, but tat oso means older. hehz~

this audience even got a chance 2b kissed by e pinky lorz, so sweet~

interesting show, it's e 1st time i've seen dolphin shows lahz. guess all dolphin shows are e same.

nx stop, underwater world (e old man calls it underworld -_- ) !

tix to dolphin lagoon entitles u admissions to underwater world too. so essentially i paid $13.90 (after discount) to visit both places, not v ex.

they have a special crab corner, n tats e rainbow crab (truly rainbow-coloured on its inside) on top n japanese spider crab (looks yummy, lol~).

tis crab is disgusting! totally gross looking. forgot its name tho. absolutely spoiled my appetite for crabs.

prettier creatures: seaweed seahorse (realli resembles seaweed lorz) n some funky specie of seahorse (tat resembles e donkey's dragon wife in Shrek, lol~).

woah, i havent been at 'underworld' for such a long time man. it's not a place u wld frequent oso lahz.

this fish is terribly GROSS! it's huge (bigger than my torso)! n it's blue! it has gigantic mouth! puny eyes! YUCKS!~

it's quite a pain to capture tat photo, e sharks swim damn fast.

fyi, those are noT giant sperms, those are jellyfish. look like giant sperms tho. LoL~

pretty horz? pink n floaty. but they look brainless (n they ARE brainless), juz swimming aimlessly.

conclusion: im realli not fond of fishes. hehz~

went for dinner at delifrance beside underwater world, then took a stroll along siloso beach. wat a pleasant new year's eve~ =))

tot tis represents a lucky start to my year of 2008 !! cuz i bot 4d on tis number (it happens 2b my molest case number) last fri!

i bot SMALL instead of BIG. -_-

can nv differentiate betw SMALL n BIG lahz, n having mr kelv with me when i bot e 4d din help either.

in 2007, i wished for....

1) a really tolerable audit life
pretty much came true. still quite as slack, not much shit jobs except for C2C.

2) ultra nice colleagues n bosses
not much team mates became frens (colleagues not equal frens). love e miclyn team tho, but dislike e C2C TIC. kena saboh by some oso, guess tats inevitable. hehz~

3) alot more money
not ALOT more, juz a $600 increment frm last FY. dont be so shock lahz, it was on e papers. oh but my grandpa dio 4D tho.

4) a flat as roti prata tummy
ermz... well, at least tummy nv get even fatter. did sit-ups occasionally lahz. oh planet fitness' pilates class is realli gd!

5) flawless complexion
wont say my complexion's flawless, but improved significantly as compared to earlier part of e yr. cant realli identify reason tho.

6) straighter than pwc bldg backbone
ermz... i donno abt tis. been postponing consultation with an orthopaedist cuz of my insur plan.

7) e death of all horrible bankrupted husbands
if u'r talking abt my auntie's ex husband, he's still v much alive. hehz~

8) all bodily tumours to be non cancerous
no further news on tis, but no news shd be gd news eh? oh yeah.

9) shocking pink health
not too bad, oni recall a 1wk flu throughout e yr. but significantly more backaches n tummyaches tho. hmm.

10) plentiful bountiful ampleful of happiness
oh tis, definitely achieved. =))




in 2008, i wish for....

1) more money
2) less backaches n tummyaches
3) learning more at work
4) finding an aim in life besides being a taitai (LOL~)
5) bliss n happiness

lijun suggests holding bdae brunch at Brown Sugar for ting and e twins.

e place looks pretty in e website. but i din noe it's located in SDU's HQ, a diff place to go if u dont drive.

(no, we did noT go there to speed-date -_- )

we went for their sunday brunch. tink e place wld be even prettier at nite.

they let us brunch at their private function room (which is usually available oni if u spend >$1k) n tat room was marvellous.

beautifully decorated without losing e cosy feeling.

i like e way e table sorta elongated e photo. hehe~

food's here!

i ordered iced latte (abit bland) n crabmeat linguine in spicy tomato sauce (generous serving of authentic crabmeat n savoury sauce, a lil too spicy for me tho).

e ultimate bfast set was veri awesome n pancakes are alright too. price is alright too, not too pricey.

but seriously i wont keep gg back to brown sugar cuz its location is realli quite inaccessible for me.

service was highly commendable also, they gave e bdae girls a complimentary warm chocolate cake! oh and e cake was incredibly yummy!

not bad, so my dad's reco is realli credible. haha~

my favourite xmas gift 2007! veri sweet handicraft-ed organiser personalised for qian. a million thx to my old man! hehe~

then went city hall area for some shopping, n got rudely slapped on my right butt cheek by a bastardly foreign worker frm myanmar! WTF~

a lady who also had her butt slapped caught him. n my old man became e xmas eve hero who 'detained' e lecher (by grabbing his wrist oni lahz) while waiting for police to arrive.

it realli did happened okay... police took my statement. tmr muz go buy 4D on my report no. hehz~

we went to e famous jalan kayu prata shop for supper.

my cheese egg prata n ice teh cino. e prata was realli fantastic, n curry was thick. teh cino so-so nia tho. pricey but gd.

btw, we mj-ed frm 1230am to abt 830am (incl supper), n my net win/loss is zero. duhz~
