Phoenix Heights, service apartment in London E14 Isle of Dogs (dont ask me why its called that)....

i had a decent room to myself! woohoo!

dont have to make the bed or clean up the house somemore, they have housekeepers there! rent-free and my landlord aka Rong even made meals for me! wahahaha~

dont have to clean toilets too! only 1 toilet still got to share, but im so nice i brushed my teeth at the kitchen sink instead so that Rong can use the toilet before she rushed off to work wahahaha. free toiletries!! lolols~

err not posting picture of the living room cuz its too cluttered HAHA. but the view's not too bad! photo's not a good representation of the view though.

and it is conveniently located near South Quay DLR station or Canary Wharf Jubilee Line!

okay theoretically its more convenient for Rong cuz she only need to make a 10min walk to office every morning, its at least 20min train ride from all the shopping/tourist areas. BUT 20min is okay! im not complaining! lols

right beside the financial district, i felt so out of place haha. but they have some stores in the financial district, so shopping is actually ok, bought a Superdry dress there hehe.

and i felt that the area is quite safe lah, despite what Rong kept saying and getting all paranoid over hahahahha. thankie for letting me leech, Rong-er. xoxo~~

its one of the things i always enjoyed during my stays in america! watched the roasting of David Hasselhoff (Baywatch guy who co-starred with Pam An) and Martin Sheen (one of the Two and a Half Men who got sacked previously) when i was there, hilarious~~

my friend likes the takeaway from this article:

- David should build an informal support network with colleagues who are all suffering under a bad boss, it is the best way to survive. the band of victims can also generate collective coping strategies for dealing with the bad boss.

- If David decides to stay, he should mentally and emotionally accept the situation and make the best out of it instead of feeling victimised and frustrated. David can instead find more pleasures outside of work to look forward to.

cuz that is what she was doing at her old job role! wahahaha. thankfully my friend doesnt have to do that in her new role now....... yet.  *fingers crossed*

the making of Marina Barrage photoshoot

we bought from Groupon, added photos and CD of softcopies, $20/pax nia.

and since its totally cheap, of course outcome commensurates with it lols.

our individual shots look like matchmaking photos that our grandparents used during their era. =__=

that is why i sorta preferred "the making of" photos taken by BoBo instead.

we had problems keeping our eyes open as the sun was too bright, so the photographer told us to close our eyes until she was ready to shoot.
