breathtaking movie, in my opinion. it kept me on my toes throughout e 129min lorz, such gripping plot.
initially i was afraid e movie will get boring cuz sissy told me there's tis part where e protagonists were trapped in e rubble, everything is dark n they'r juz talking. but tat part was alrite lehz, some bits were even quite humorous.
tis wtc movie by oliver stone fast-forwarded some parts (how e plane slams into e bldgs n how e bldgs collapsed), n oni focused on e 2 PAPD (port authority police dept) officers who were trapped in e rubble. but i was realli moved by how oliver stone depicted e emotions of e victims' family.
i experienced tis strange sense of familiarity when watching e show, cuz e places all seemed so familiar. having been in nyc juz barely 3 mths ago, those places in e movie appeared different as compared to wat i saw there, however.
wat i saw was veri much e aftermath, when e whole twin towers disaster had alr reduced to nothingness.
as a tourist there, i was mostly occupied with taking photos n shopping. come to think of it, i mite have walked past countless new yorkers whose loved ones perished in e disaster. or they themselves were survivors of e disaster. or they mite have been part of e great 911 rescue team.
all i did was take photos of all e policemen i've seen on e streets (cuz there's simply ridiculously alot of em roaming around), but it nv came across to me tat they mite have been one of those brave warriors in e 911 fight.
seriously, those culprits are realli bastards lahz. i mean, do u realli have to sacrifice 2,000+ lives juz to wage a victorious war agst e world's greatest power? n i bet lotsa non-americans were killed in tat war.
anywayz, tis movie is a must-watch if u like movies like the pianist. tho yul fell aslp on/off throughout e show, personally i tink tis movie is even worth paying $9.50 for.
