guess wat? im still not finished with bangkok yet!

(okay i realli have no idea why i tu tis post till now, 6mths le. anyways juz wanna get rid of it b4 another tw trip comes along. hehe~)

we went MBK to do our nails 1st thing in e morning!~

see how lovely they were? i did my fingernails yul did her toenails. n it's bloody cheap, manicure/pedicure + nailart oni 400B!~

n their speed was amazing. my manicure + nailart was completed in 30mins. it'll take double tat time in sg lorz. n e paint lasted for 2wks!~ hoho~

then we went to tis v posh foodcourt in MBK for lunch..

The Fifth Food Avenue - unbelivably posh for a foodcourt, they even have a platform for band performance.

tats wat we ordered, but oni e tom yum goong n green curry is acceptable. e minced chicken sucks madly, and e fried popiah thingy tastes like fried flour. bah~

n tat bloody meal costs a bomb! gosh~

i wldnt reco ppl to visit tat place, can find much better food with 400B. bleahz~

we decided to go to e other MBK foodcourt for some yummy iced milk tea as compensation for e bad food in Fifth...

love the milk teas in thai (tink they'r called cha yen), soooo nice! they taste diff frm e teh bing in sg lorz, MUCH nicer~~

awww i miss thai cha yen!

then we hopped over to siam discovery centre which was juz opp MBK..

nth much lahz, juz a small shopping centre.

then to e highlight of e day..

newly opened siam paragon! look how big it is! 9 storeys of luxury!~

it's v posh inside e paragon departmental store lorz. n i din noe loreal paris is uppity enough to have a counter. haha~

some confections at e ground floor..

exquisite, pretty, n cheap! we bot 4 slices of cake for 30B oni lorz. hoho~

n they oso have breadtalk there! but nv go in n see lahz.

siam paragon houses tis aquarium which is like our underwater world i suppose...

by then we did not have enough bahts remaining, so we din go in. oni took photos outside juz to fulfil our desire to visit it. haha~

then it was time to leave bkk. haiz~ =((

new airport, outside n inside e departure hall. cool blue~

actually i kinda regret not gg pratunam wholesale mkt lehz. shd spend lesser time in e shopping centres n visit pratunam. but a thai colleague juz told me pratunam is not gd, siam sq is better. hmm~

heard pratunam is e new MBK, same things but cheaper. n it's mkt-style, i like. nx time, nx time.

as mentioned b4, it's bhumibol's 60th yr in reign n the thais still love him lots. made me wonder how much sporeans love our ctry's leaders. hehz~

there were alotta sporeans at e airport, n tis grp of sporean students approached me, "eh we'r all sporeans, so let's help each other take grp photo". LoL~
